John Rigg, CEO
Over a 10 year career with the world’s largest management consulting firm Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Mr. Rigg has had the opportunity to work with corporations throughout the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Asia including global leaders IBM and Microsoft. He has a diverse background in business from real estate, hi-tech, aerospace, finance, natural resources, and retail, to manufacturing and government. He has won, structured the financing of and led large international projects including an Oil Refinery in the Middle East and the supply base for the Airbus A320 project in China. Under his leadership, while helping clients solve their business issues, Mr. Rigg grew the revenue and personnel of his Andersen Consulting office by 350% during a 4 year period. Mr. Rigg is a graduate of Electronic Engineering Technology from Lambton College.

John J. Whyte, Managing Member
Mr. Whyte started his career in public accounting.  His firm was a prominent regional CPA firm.  It provided traditional CPA services and consulting services to public and private enterprises throughout the United States. Mr. Whyte was Partner-in-Charge of Operations and Consulting, the Firm’s consulting services group, which represented the majority of the Firm’s revenue.  Financing and debt restructuring were a significant area of service.  He also founded Worldwide PCE, which provided hands-on involvement in senior management services for critical projects in a corporation’s development.  In this capacity Mr. Whyte performed the function of Chief Turnaround Executive, public (SEC) and private Board Director among numerous other senior executive positions.

He has lectured nationally to other business professionals on a variety of subjects in the fields of Strategic and Tactical Planning, Finance, Corporate Governance, Executive Training, and other topics.  He was author or co-author on a number of studies, articles, and books.  He served as Chair of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA) MAS Practice and Standard Committee, and member of the AICPA Executive and MAS Committees as well as other professional organizations. Mr. Whyte is a Massachusetts CPA in private practice and a Florida Licensed Loan Originator.
